Autosaving Dataslates (LATEST)
Dataslates no longer require that you click a button to save all of your changes, there's now an indicator in the bottom right corner that shows the current state of your dataslate and if your changes are saved.

I would like to introduce the next tool to join WarTools: Dataslates! Use these to keep track of your Kill Team Spec Ops campaign kill teams.
It's been a while since I've added something new, but I promise there is a good reason for that, I've been working on an account system where you can sign in with your choice of platform and upload your rosters to your account instead of storing them locally, that way you can use them anywhere you end up and on any device!
Check out the new Rosters page to try it out!
Just yesterday I played my first game of Kill Team and it was incredibly fun, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the roster viewer for my kill team, so I fixed that. The feature is very new so expect bugs and missing info. If you find an issue, please let me know so I can get it fixed.
Getting started with a Kill team roster is just as easy as a normal 40K roster, click on the + button on any empty slot and select your roster file, then click the view button and you're done!
I don't know how most people do it, but I enjoy making my rosters on a computer but then I want to use my phone to view the roster when I play, until now I've had to send the roster to myself and download it on my phone, then upload it and convert it again.
No more of that! You can now click the "upload" button next to any roster in your list to get a share code, then on your other device you can click the "download" button on any empty roster slot and input the share code and click the check button and the roster is now on both of your devices!Tutorial page coming soon
This is a big one, up until this point models in a unit kept their special equipment hidden, but it's about time that they open up and let you see all those special choices you made while creating your roster. Underneath the name of each model in a unit, you'll find a list of "equipment"Clicking on one of these pieces of equipment will scroll to the corresponding ability, some abilities may not show up until the roster is reuploaded
Are you sick of large blocks of unreadable text? Well I've got good news for you! The newest addition to the roster viewer is better Text Formatting, this puts line breaks and bullet points wherever necessary to create a more readable block of text for those long ability descriptions, you may encounter issues with how the text is automatically formatted so there's an option to disable it in the settings (it is off by default)
Abilities that are granted upon selection of a specific chapter (or your faction's version of a chapter) are now shown in the Army Rules and Abilities tab
Illuminor Szeras's augmentations now show up in the Unit Abilities section with their text included.
I finally figured out where the warlord traits are in the roster file and they show up in the Unit Abilities section of any warlord unit
